Lars Petzke, Realtor, ePRO, GRI, Co-Owner
Lars is a licensed Realtor, ePRO(certification for internet professionalism), GRI(Graduate of the Realtor Institute), and co-owner of Ship Street Realty. He enjoys working with experienced home buyers and sellers as well as first-timers just learning the ins and outs of a real estate transaction.
Lars prides himself on competency, honesty and sincerity. He treats all his clients with the utmost care and attention, from $300 buyers and sellers to $3,000,000 buyers and sellers. He listens to his clients and always puts their interests and desires at the forefront of all he does. Trained in negotiations, with sales awards earned every year, Lars gets the job done!
Lars received his BA from Aquinas College in 2003 and his MA from the University of Alabama in 2004. A runner since high school, Lars stays active by helping coach the track and cross country teams at St. Joseph High School. He also is a big fan of college football and the Chicago Cubs and is a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in St. Joseph.
Lars was born and raised in St. Joseph, Michigan, where he resides with his wife, Liz, a local mortgage professional at Berrien Teachers Credit Union, and their son Carter, a pre-schooler at Trinity Lutheran School.

Charles Ammeson, Realtor, Owner/Broker, Attorney
Charlie is a licensed Attorney/Broker/Owner with Ship Street Realty. He is also a partner in the law firm of Troff, Petzke & Ammeson. Charlie received his BS from Cornell University in 1975. A law degree, cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame followed in 1982.
Charlie has a wealth of real estate, litigation, mediation and transactional experience. He serves as the lead contact for, and developer of, Grand Boulevard Renaissance. Grand Boulevard is a 27 lot development with beachfront and golf front homes along Jean Klock Beach and the 7th fairway of the new Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course at Harbor Shores in Benton Harbor, Michigan.
